These terms of service outline the expectations for using this website and purchasing photography services or fine art products from Leslie Sessums - Sessums Photography.

  1. Copyright & Ownership

    All images, text and content on this site are the exclusive property of Leslie Sessums - Sessums Photography and are protected by copyright law. No image may be copied, downloaded, screenshot, reproduced or used in any form without written permission.

  2. Photography Services

    Portrait sessions are subject to availability. All session fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  3. Fine Art Prints & Products

    All fine art prints are produced through professional print labs to ensure museum-quality results. Because each piece is made to order, all print and product sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so it can be resolved.

  1. Digital Images & Licensing

    Purchased digital images include a personal-use license only. This includes sharing with family and printing for personal use. Commercial use, resale or editing for profit or redistribution is strictly permitted without a separate license.

  2. Client Galleries

    Client galleries are provided for viewing, downloading (if enabled) and ordering products. Gallery access is intended for personal use only and may not be publicly shared, sold or redistributed.

  3. Payments & Pricing

    All payments must be completed according to the terms outlined at booking or checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings and placed orders will always be honored at the agreed rate.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    Leslie Sessums - Sessums Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of this website, including, but not limited to technical issues, delays or data loss.

  5. Privacy

    Your personal information is used solely for communication, booking and order fulfillment. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
